Now is your chance to start off the new year right with this once a year film industry networking event! The first hour is a networking event with talent agencies and the industry as a whole, then the second half is The SVS Live Pre-Show! The SVS live Pre-show is where the hosts will discuss this year's Short Video Showdown, unveil all the awards, and announce the Mega Cash Prize!

The Short Video Showdown is the only film contest in the world where you can register only yourself as an "individual," then pick whether you want to be on-camera talent or crew, and be placed on a film team of others who registered as an individual. You can even request to be placed on a team with a friend!
